Due to the nature of the products (research reagents), refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

• Product damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence).
• Error in the order shipped (wrong product or quantity).

You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt. For safety and integrity reasons, returns of opened or tampered vials are not accepted. To start a request, write to Biogen7@proton.me with your order number.

• Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed.
