All prices are in US dollars (USD). We accept Zelle and cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp and are approved manually once payment is verified. We may correct pricing errors and notify you before processing.
We ship to Latin America and the United States. Flat shipping is $0 COP, and it is free on orders over $0 COP. Estimated delivery is 5-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp/email. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
We accept returns of unopened products in original condition within 30 days of delivery, as well as defective or incorrectly shipped items (replacement or refund).
